Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I pay my bill in person?

We offer several local payment locations at places such as our offices, authorized pay agents, payment drop boxes and kiosks.

What is an authorized pay agent?

A pay agent authorized by us to take your payment by check, money order or cash. Some agents take cash only and may charge a  service fee. They will provide a receipt, but do not have access to our billing system.

What is a drop box location?

A drop box where you can submit your bill stub with a check or money order (no cash) in an envelope for pick up. There is no one to assist you at these locations and you will not receive a receipt.

How does the kiosk system work?

Similar to an ATM machine, kiosks allow for payment by cash, check or money order and you must have your gas bill stub. A receipt is provided and any overpayment will simply be credited to your account.

When does my in-person payment post to my account?

Payments made in person at any location other than our offices can take several days to post to your account. If you have a cut-off notice, it is important that you contact customer service immediately.
