Requesting a New Residential Service Line

Texas Gas Service is committed to providing excellent customer service to you, our valued customers and builders. If you’re ready to install a new service line, please contact Builder Services.

Please note that the following must be completed prior to a service line installation.

  • Kick out must be installed
  • No obstructions can be in the way of our work. This includes bricks, sand, scaffolding, etc.
  • Address must be clearly visible in front of home

Once the site is ready and meets all specific requirements listed above, please contact us to schedule your order. Service lines are generally installed in a two to three week time frame, so please plan accordingly.

We encourage you to request your residential service lines on our new online Builder Hub designed specifically for you to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To access the Builder Hub, return to the homepage and log in.
