Austin: Earlier today, we had an isolated outage which caused us to temporarily lose service around the Webberville and Pleasant Valley area. Repairs have been made to our line, and we are actively restoring natural gas service. We have multiple techs in the area going door-to-door to affected customers.

Relight Process: It is necessary for our technician to enter your house or business to perform mandatory safety checks of each natural gas appliance and make sure your natural gas appliances are in compliance with local regulatory codes prior to restoring service. If any appliances are found non-compliant, you will need to have a licensed plumber or contractor perform the work before we can turn your natural gas service back on. An adult must be home for techs to access the meter and enter the home to perform safety checks. We ask that you please secure your pets.

If you do not want us to knock tonight, please leave a note on your front door and we will come back tomorrow. We appreciate your patience.

Remember: If you smell natural gas or have a natural gas emergency, leave the area immediately and then call 1-800-959-5325.
