The Utilities Energy Service Contracts (UESC) program provides federal facilities with an effective way to meet their energy efficiency and sustainability goals through comprehensive energy and water efficiency improvements and conservation and demand-reduction services. We’ll work with you to identify, design and implement the different efficiency and sustainability opportunities at your facility. Project financing is available too.
