TULSA, Okla. – Oct. 5, 2015 – Texas Gas Service, a division of ONE Gas, Inc., today announced that it launched a new, free mobile app for its customers. The app is available for download now on both Apple® and Android® smartphones and will enable customers to have more convenient access to their natural gas service account.

“In today’s fast-paced world, we know that people are looking to get things done quickly and easily – the mobile app will provide customers with the convenient access they’re looking for,” said Brian Burke, vice president of customer service.

This free mobile app will give customers the ability to pay bills, view payment history and more, all from the convenience of their smartphone.

The app is available now to Texas Gas Service customers and can be found in both Apple® and Android® app stores by searching “Texas Gas Service.”

Customers who do not already have an online account will need to establish a username and password at www.texasgasservice.com in order to gain account access using the mobile app.

Customers may also take advantage of upgraded self-service features on the website including user friendly access to view and pay their bills, sign up for automatic bank draft and paperless billing registration.
