ABC Kite Fest, Austin
Texas Gas Service’s Energy Efficiency team attended the 93rd annual ABC Kite Fest in Austin, one of the city’s long-standing traditions. Founded as a festival to foster creativity in children, ABC Kite Fest is now the country’s longest-running festival of its kind. We’re proud to support an event that donates to Communities in Schools of Central Texas and the Moss Pieratt Foundation. Our team shared a booth with Austin Energy at the event and provided helpful information about natural gas rebates and incentives for customers to save money.

We love this annual tradition and are proud of TGS employees and Community Relations for sponsorship of these baskets again this year. They bring so much joy to the children and families served by HHHC.

City of McAllen Safety Fair, McAllen

This aligned with a campaign we ran throughout the month of April, also known as Safe Digging Month. Local news station, Azteca News, featured a story following the event on the evening news.
