NOTE: Our payment provider charges a $1.49 convenience fee for each online payment with a limit of $1,500 in a single transaction. Texas Gas Service does not charge, collect or receive any portion of this fee.

Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements allow you to maintain service while paying off past due balances. You may be required to make a down payment and agree to monthly installments in addition to paying your current monthly charges in full by the bill due date.

In order to make arrangements we must have your account number and service address. Eligible customers requesting payment arrangements may be required to make a down payment. The remaining balance will be spread over a specified time period. If arrangement defaults, the full balance owed will be due immediately and subject to collection.

You may log into your account to see if you are eligible, or call our customer service department at 800-700-2443 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT.

Set Up Automatic Payments

Ready to reduce the hassle of remembering to pay your monthly bill? Take the worry out of missing a payment by signing up today to pay through an automatic checking or savings account withdrawal. It's quick and easy!

HOW AUTO PAY WORKS

  • We will deduct the amount of your monthly charges for natural gas service directly from your checking or savings account on the due date of your bill at no additional cost to you.
  • You still receive a detailed copy of your bill each month. It should arrive about two (2) weeks before we draft your account. This way you know what the amount will be and you can contact us should you have questions.
  • You can view your current statement by logging into your account.
As of Oct. 1, 2024 qualifying customers can enroll in Automatic Bank Draft using their checking or savings account. You can also make a one-time payment. However, enrolling in Autopay using a credit or debit card is currently unavailable as we upgrade the system that processes those payments. We expect Autopay enrollment to reopen this fall.
